Our Year 11 General Mathematics program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the QLD Syllabus. Students build on their knowledge of financial mathematics. We introduce the fundamental skills of working with matrices and provide practice to help students build mastery. The study of measurement and similarity are further developed for three-dimensional objects. Our program explores the statistical investigation process, applications of trigonometry as well as linear equations and their graphs.
Our Year 11 Mathematical Methods program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the QLD Syllabus. Students examine the properties and graphs of linear, polynomial, inverse, exponential and logarithmic functions. Trigonometric functions are developed to include special identities. Students also learn to select appropriate techniques when working with arithmetic and geometric sequences and their application to financial situations. Investigating instantaneous rates of change helps build a student's conceptual understanding of differential calculus. Developing mastery of differentiation techniques enables students to solve related problems such as describing motion of a particle. The fundamental theory behind probability is expanded to include more complex techniques including conditional probability, independence and combinations.
Our Year 12 General Mathematics program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the QLD Syllabus. Students examine methods to analyse bivariate data within the framework of the statistical investigation process. Students also develop an awareness of the relationships between different countries through a study of Earth geometry. They build mastery to find solutions to a range of real-world problems relating to growth and decay as well as graphs and networks. In addition, students complete an in-depth study of time series analysis, loans, investments and annuities, and networks and decision mathematics.

Our Year 11 Chemistry program addresses all relevant syllabus outcomes in QLD. Students learn about atomic structure and the periodic table, chemical bonding, energy changes in reactions, fuels, balanced chemical equations and moles technique, intermolecular forces, chromatography, gases, concentration, solubility and pH, reactions of acids, collision theory and rates of chemical reactions. A solid understanding of these core concepts is an essential foundation for students to excel in Year 12.

Here’s what parents and students around Australia are saying about Cluey Learning:
We initially sort help for our Year 9 son was experiencing difficulties in grasping maths concepts from his high school lessons. After only two sessions with his perfectly matched Cluey Learning tutor the results were evident, as he was achieving marks well above his previous grades.
I have been so impressed with the professionalism of Cluey. The communication is excellent including the support on my son's first session to ensure all of the technology was set up for a smooth session. The tutor he has been matched with is perfect and he is getting so much out of it (Year 12 Biology)
Year 12 daughter gained a lo+L38t in her very first session. The whole experience has been very positive. I am sure she will improve her skills with this personal program.
My daughter loves cluey learning and it has helped her a lot at school. Maths and English is fun for her even so she is in year 11. Cluey learning has changed the prospective of learning, easy and fun.
My child has a medical condition and has missed quite a bit of school. By joining Cluey learning he has gained confidence and has been able to fill in the gaps he has missed. He is always very excited to do the lessons and he always reflects back to me what he has learned. His tutor always checks with my son what he has been doing at school so he can extend on this.
My son is lost in the system. He is that good child that they do not see. We started Cluey a few weeks back. I love the flexibility of doing it in our own home. The maths tutor gets it. He gets my son to work through the problems and figures out where he is making mistakes. They work back through the problem to fix it. My son than works on other similar problems that he does not get. Our tutor works with my son on the deficits in his maths knowledge. Having one on one allows my son to work on his individual needs.
