You will read and respond to literary and other texts, analyse diverse representations of the world, and strengthen your own skills in the expression of your creative ideas and insights. Amanda has completed a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology through the University of Western Australia in 2010. She then followed on with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Murdoch University in 2011. Amanda completed a Juris Doctor at Murdoch University in 2015 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2016. Amanda has experience teaching students aged 3-18 years in English as a second language, English, English Literature and Assignment Research Skills to T.A.F.E., Hong Kong, ESL, high school and primary school students. Amanda is passionate about helping students develop their key literacy skills for life-long use, as they work towards acquiring educational independence.

NSW University Student (Nutrition Science/Arts (English Literatures & Writing Major))

Bronwyn is currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English Literatures and Writing at the University of Wollongong. She has experience tutoring in English, Chemistry and Primary Maths. Brandon has completed his Bachelor of Degree in Commerce (double major of Commercial Law and Human Resource and Manage) and his Bachelor of Arts (major of Philosophy) in 2021, followed by commencing his Bachelor of Arts (major of Philosophy, Honours) in the same year. In his final years of school, he assisted his peers with English studies. Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
