Emily strives to develop positive relationships with her students to manage behaviour and facilitate student growth and achievement, both personally and academically.

Michaela

NSW Teacher

Michaela is a qualified, accredited Teacher with a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and Primary. Since graduating in 2016 she has worked as a Classroom Teacher with Kindergarten, Year 6 and also as a Casual Teacher. Michaela strives to successfully engage students in lessons that not only demonstrate a sound understanding of the curriculum and outcomes, but also meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students.

Rohon

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Art / Bachelor of Science)

Rohon is currently in his final year of studying his Bachelor in Art & Science and holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. He has experience teaching high school Mathematics and is experienced in peer tutoring Chemistry. Rohon is an enthusiastic Tutor who has the ability to explain concepts to students at any level. He helps to provide students with the tools to solve problems on their own.

Nathaniel

ACT University Student (Bachelor of Science)

Nathaniel is currently studying his Bachelor of Science Mathematics, majoring in Applied Statistics and minoring in Economic Studies. He has experience in tutoring Mathematics to years 4 - 12. Nathaniel is an enthusiastic Tutor with the aim of teaching student mathematical concepts until they are 100% confident in their own independent mathematical skills. Adapting to student's behaviour in learning, using different approach of leaning such as visual graphs, educational games, and using different colours in illustrating concept are some of his strengths in teaching.

Emma completed her High School Certificate in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 97.70, going on to study her Bachelor of Medicinal Chemistry (Honours) at The University of New South Wales. Emma likes to maintain a warm and supportive rapport with her students, encouraging them through their struggles. She strives to explain difficult concepts both efficiently and to the needs to each individual student.

Nancy

NSW Teacher

Nancy completed her Diploma of Secondary Education in 2007 at the University of New England and her Bachelor of Science Degree in 2002 through the University of Sydney. She has 12 years teaching experience and has been working as a Casual Relief Teacher since 2017. Nancy has experience in Primary and Secondary, mostly in Mathematics and Science. Nancy loves seeing her students through problems and building their confidence as they get more familiar with the concepts.

Jim

NSW Teacher

Jim is a qualified Teacher, holding his Bachelor of Education in Secondary Mathematics. He has over 27 years' experience, and since 2016, has been working as a Head Mathematics Teacher. Jim is an effective communicator, proficient in developing and delivering lesson plans that target learning outcomes and emphasise positive results. He can successfully differentiate content to address a variety of learning styles and individual student needs.

David

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Computer Science)

David completed High School with an impressive ATAR of 96.70, and is currently a student at Monash University completing a Bachelor's of Computer Science degree. David has a passion for Mathematics and has three years' experience as a private Tutor, working with students of various learning abilities and styles. David aims to strengthen his students learning capabilities through engaging and positive sessions.

Tim is an experienced Chemistry Teacher who has been with the NSW Department of Education since 2004. He has practised his skills in both comprehensive High Schools and a selective High School. Tim aims to deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons to students of all abilities to help them achieve and exceed their academic goals.

Oshadhi

VIC University Student (Master of Teaching (Secondary Education))

Oshadhi has completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Deakin University and is currently studying a Masters of Secondary Education majoring in Biology and Chemistry. Oshadhi has previous experience tutoring Chemistry to students face to face, and has gained classroom experience through her degree. Oshadhi is passionate about science and enjoys helping her students reach their potential.

Shaine

NSW University Student (Chemical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering)

Shaine completed her Higher School Certificate in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 97.05, going on to study her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Master of Biomedical Engineering. During her time in High School, Shaine volunteered to tutor Year 7 students in Mathematics. Shaine aims to really listen to her students to understand where they need help the most and so their tutoring can be tailored to their specific learning needs.

Sabrina

Sabrina graduated with an ATAR of 99.85 and commenced her Bachelor of Philosophy (Science, Honours) at the Australian National University in 2019. She has over 2 years of experience tutoring Primary and High School students. Sabrina is patient and committed, dedicated to helping students achieve their personal best.

Varun

Varun has both a Master Degree in Chemistry, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical Chemistry. Varun has experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant, and has teaching expertise in Secondary Mathematics and Chemistry. Varun is also currently working at The University of New South Wales as an Academic.

John

VIC Teacher

John has 9 years' experience tutoring Primary, Secondary and University students in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Accounting and English. He also has 2 years' experience as a Senior Teacher of Year 10 and 12 Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry students. During John's time teaching and tutoring, he has helped many students with different learning needs, including those with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia as well as supporting students with Autism. John holds a Bachelor of Science/Mathematics and a Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting from the University of Newcastle. John has a strong focus on the ongoing understanding, reasoning, development and improvement of Primary and Secondary school students.
