Liesl

VIC Teacher

Liesl has taught as a classroom teacher for over 6 years across Victoria and the Northern Territory. Whilst teaching, she ran a reading intervention group after school for students in the school with English as a second language. Liesl has also tutored students who were struggling with reading, and has had a lot of experience teaching students with English as an Additional Language, ADHD, Autism, Down-Syndrome and Global Development Delay. She currently tutors Primary English and Maths, as well as NAPLAN.

WA Teacher

Kim is a qualified Primary Teacher with over 20 years' experience in a range of educational settings. She loves working with children to get to know them and make a positive impact on their learning journey. She has supported students with various learning needs and goals and has nurtured them to become lifelong learners.

Mitchell

NSW Teacher

Mitchell is a qualified, accredited Primary Teacher, obtaining his Bachelor of Education in 2008, going on to gain 13 years of teaching experience. Mitchell enjoys engaging with students and seeing the potential in them and watching them grasp the learning concept that is being taught and using it in their everyday life.

Nathan

Nathan is an experienced tutor, having working with students for over 7 years to help them gain confidence and reach their educational goals. He was a high achiever in school, receiving an ATAR of 93 and went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on English Literature.

Mohammed

NSW University Student (Doctor of Medicine)

Mohammed is currently studying a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Sydney. In 2019 he began work as a casual tutor. Mohammed has an empathetic nature with great communication skills that are required to provide a nurturing and individualistic environment to help his students excel and reach their potential. The foundation of his tutoring method is to make subjects enjoyable and easy to understand, regardless of what the student's abilities may be.

Charlotte

VIC University Student (Doctor of Medicine)

Charlotte is a first year student at The University of Melbourne, studying to be a Doctor of medicine, having previously completed her Bachelor of Biomedicine. She achieved a VCE ATAR of 97 and is proud to be able to share her passion for learning through the medium of teaching.

Rijul

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Actuarial Studies / Bachelor of Science)

Rijul completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 93.70 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Bachelor of Science at University of New South Wales. Rijul enjoys breaking down concepts to their simplest forms so students can better understand and retain the knowledge.

Alexander

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Commerce/Economics)

Alexander completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 94.4. He is now studying a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance, and a Bachelor of Economics at Monash University. Alexander has experience working as a High School Tutor and a Teacher's Aide. He helps his students understand complex concepts, ultimately building confidence in their abilities.

Hai

WA University Student (Bachelor of Engineering Science)

Hai commenced her Bachelor of Engineering Science (Chemical) and Chemistry at the University of Western Australia in 2019. She has experience as a Vietnamese Language Tutor as well as a Student Mentor, assisting students in Mathematics, Science and Chemistry. Hai is confident in approaching different students and developing the methods that suit their strengths and weaknesses. Her logical and critical thinking is well-practised and she has built up good communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Mariela

NSW Teacher

Mariela is a qualified, accredited Teacher, holding a Graduate Diploma of Learning and Teaching (Secondary). As part of her university studies she completed Practicums with Secondary students in Science, Biology and Chemistry. Between 2016 and 2021 she worked as a Learning Support Specialist. Mariela has experience working with a diverse range of students, assisting the facilitation of supported learning for special needs learning students and exploring a holistic approach to her student's wellbeing.

Aisha is a qualified Teacher who is passionate about the Sciences and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work. Aisha aims to help students overcome barriers to academic success and exceed their own academic expectations.

Todd

VIC University Student (Doctor of Medicine)

Todd completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science, with a major in Molecular Life Sciences through Deakin University in 2020, following on with his Doctor of Medicine. He has done volunteer tutoring to Victorian Certificate of Education students in small groups while he was in High School and has helped peers throughout his university studies. Todd has a passion for the Sciences and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work.

Zoe

Zoe is currently completing a Bachelor of Advanced Studies in Biology and Biochemistry. She is particularly good at building confidence in reluctant students.

Pellegrina

Pellegrina completed her VCE achieving an impressive ATAR of 96.05. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science at Monash University. Pellegrina is passionate about helping students develop their key numeracy skills as they work towards achieving their educational goals. She believes in fostering an encouraging and stimulating learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Yumeng

ACT University Student (Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) / Bachelor of Science (Honours))

Yumeng completed her South Australian Certificate of Education in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 99.10. In 2021 she commenced her Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) / Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Honours). Since 2018 she has been a High School Tutor, helping up to 4 students per week in refining and consolidating knowledge to achieve desired grades according to the South Australian Certificate of Education curriculum, both face to face and online. Yumeng is driven to inspire her students to achieve both their personal and academic goals.

Chayanika completed school with an ATAR of 98 and is now currently a first year University student majoring in Artificial Intelligence. Chayanika has always enjoyed tutoring and imparting her knowledge on to others.
