Candice is a qualified, registered Teacher, holding a Bachelor of Education, Primary and Early Childhood Education. She has 5 years of experience as a Primary Casual Relief Teacher, mostly teaching years 4 - 6. Candice is a passionate Tutor, with the ability to build strong rapport with her students through engaging lessons, support and genuine interest.

Xin Qiao (Andy)

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies))

Andy completed his International Baccalaureate with a score of 43/45, equivalent to an ATAR score of 99.55, going on to commence his Bachelor of Commerce in 2021 at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Actuarial Studies. In 2020 he was selected by his school as a Peer Tutor for year 11 students, tutoring Mathematics, Physics and English. He also has a year of experience as a private Tutor in primary years and years 8 & 12, in English and Mathematics. Andy derives fulfilment from being able to help his students excel in their studies.

Tak completed high school with an ATAR of 91.25, going on to study his Bachelor of Engineering and Mathematics. Tak believes in creating a unique learning environment for each of his students that suits the tutoring approach that is best for them.

VIC University Student (Doctor of Medicine)

Bailey completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2020 and is now studying his Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Monash University. Bailey is adept at teaching strategies for complex concepts and understands everyone learns differently and that sometimes it takes various ways and methods of explaining for students to grasp a concept or idea.

Heather holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and has 15 years of experience as a Secondary teacher in the United Kingdom and Australia, across a variety of subjects including Maths. This includes 3 years as a Casual Relief Teacher in Australia. Her experience has given her the skills to successfully communicate with many different students. Heather is able to build trust very quickly and use this with her students to facilitate their development in many areas of their education, including confidence building.

Stanley

NSW University Student (Advanced Mathematics (Honours) and Computer Science)

Stanley graduated High School in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 98.90 going on to study his Bachelor of Computer Science and Advanced Mathematics (Honours). Between 2020 and 2021 he worked as a Mathematics Tutor. Stanley enjoys working with a wide array of students with different learning styles and finds great pleasure in being able to explain concepts to students and seeing them understand and explain it back.

Liam completed his Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 97.05 and is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at University of New South Wales. Liam has a passion for problem-solving and helping students work through problems critically, with a holistic methodology. He enjoys breaking down concepts to their simplest forms so students can better understand and retain the knowledge.

Varisha

Varisha completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 96.70. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Sciences (Nuclear Medicine) at University of Newcastle. Varisha creates an engaging and fun environment in her sessions, and strives to ensure her students reach their full potential.

Allira graduated High School in 2018 with an ATAR of 90.75. She went on to study her Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Newcastle. Allira is an experienced English and Chemistry Tutor with Secondary and Senior Secondary High School students. Allira strives to connect with her students, using her excellent communication skills to discover the best way each of them learns.

Waqas has completed his PhD in Chemical Engineering through The University of Queensland and has tutored at a university level. Waqas is passionate about developing students' skills as they work towards acquiring educational independence. He believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where students engage in discussions and work together to problem solve. Waqas feels that all students can reach their potential and is always ready to teach and learn from his students.

Alena graduated High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 94.50, going on to commence her Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Griffith University. Alena has a passion for learning and enjoys teaching students skills that will be important for their future schooling and assisting them to achieve the grade that they desire.

Tegan is a recent graduate from a Bachelor of Science and is currently pursuing her love for teaching with a Masters of Teaching. Ziang (Ocean) completed his Western Australian High Certificate of Education in 2018, achieving an ATAR of 99.90, going on to study his Bachelor of Biomedicine at The University of Melbourne. Between 2019-2020 he was a Peer Mentor at university as well as volunteering as an online Physics Tutor, helping first year students. Ziang is passionate about helping and inspiring his students.

Connie

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Science (Biomedicine & Genetics))

Connie completed the HSC with a very high ATAR of 99.1 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Science with the hopes of becoming a doctor in the future. She has over three years tutoring experience and helps her students maximise their academic performance. Connie currently tutors Math and Chemistry to Senior Secondary students.

Sylvia completed her Higher School Certificate in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 98.25. She then went on to commence her Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Computer Science at the University of New South Wales. She has been a private Tutor since 2019 in Mathematics U3 and U4 and Chemistry, and was a formal Tutor to Primary students in Mathematics in 2018. Sylvia believes that lessons, regardless of the content and material difficulty, can always be made interesting, engaging and fun.
