Emma completed her Bachelor of Science (double major in Genetics and Psychology) at Monash University in 2016. In 2019 she completed her Master of Teaching (Primary and Secondary), specialising in Biology/General Science at Deakin University. During university Emma completed Pre-Service for Years 7-10 and Primary for Years 1-4 and is currently working as a Casual Relief Teacher. Emma has a passion for teaching and supporting students to become creative and critical thinkers. She always puts the needs of students first, with student wellbeing a top priority.

Jacqui

TAS Teacher

Jacqui is a qualified Teacher with experience in both the Primary and Secondary settings. Through her teaching experience she has had worked with students with diverse learning needs and enjoys being able to adapt her teaching approach to best suit her students. Jacqui is a nurturing tutor who creates a safe environment for her students to feel they can ask any question they need.

Belinda is a qualified Teacher with experience teaching PDHPE and Science at a Secondary school. Belinda also has experience teaching Maths and English along with other subjects. Belinda is passionate about helping students reach their potential using various techniques to help students grasp the concepts that they are being taught, ensuring their learning journey is not a scary one.

Samantha is a qualified Teacher and experienced Tutor with a strong passion for Maths. She loves helping students overcome hurdles and achieve their goals. She is a nurturing Tutor who has experience teaching students at different levels and individual needs.

Daniel

Daniel has plenty of tutoring experience in online English as a Second Language, English, Mathematics and Chemistry with both adults and children. He has also taught TAFE and High School students, and taught English in schools in Korea and Taiwan. In 1982 he completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Engineering). Daniel is a positive and encouraging Tutor who gives practical help to his students to master the skills they need to succeed.

Michele

Michele is currently studying her Masters of Teaching and has experience tutoring students in Mathematics. She has a strong Engineering/Maths background and is passionate about helping students develop their numeracy skills as they work towards acquiring educational independence. Michele believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment where students engage in collaborative discussions and feels that all students can reach their potential.

Kishore is a qualified Secondary Teacher who holds a Master of Applied Science, a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Science) and a Graduate Diploma in Education with a specialisation in Chemistry. Kishore has extensive experience tutoring Mathematics and Chemistry. He creates an engaging and fun environment in his sessions, and strives to ensure his students reach their full potential.

Ben completed his Diploma of Bioscience in 2015, a Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2017 and his Graduate Diploma of Science in 2019. Between 2018 and 2019 he worked as a Tutor with University level Biology and Neuroscience students. Ben is a committed and motivated Tutor who displays patience and understanding to his students.

Zuhrah

Zuhrah completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of South Australian in 2020, achieving Distinctions and High Distinctions across all of her units. During the last year of her studies she was part of the UniMentor program and previous to that the Study Help Pals program for 2 years, both at the University. Zuhrah believes in adapting to ever-changing teaching techniques to provide students with a unique learning experience.

Emanuelle (Emma) graduated High School, achieving an ATAR of 96.5, and is now studying her Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. She has experience tutoring Maths Methods to peers in high school, scoring 19/20 in this subject in her Victorian Certificate of Education. Emma has always wanted to help other students achieve their academic goals, inspired by her tutors in the past and how much their guidance and support have contributed to her accomplishments. She hopes to pass on her acquired knowledge and support with the same patience and understanding her tutors provided her with.

Jack completed High School in 2020 with an ATAR of 98.75 and is now completing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne. Jack believes that his experience with remote learning throughout 2020 and 2021 has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of remote learning and knowing what works and what does not. He believes that he has a strong understanding of how to help make virtual learning more impactful and meaningful for his students with the ability to inspire them with their studies.
