Nicole is currently studying a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood and Primary) through the Australian Catholic University and has also been working as a Relief Teacher Aide since October 2019. Nicole is passionate about the wellbeing and education of young people, and believes in her students being treated with respect and care.

Rosemary

NSW Teacher

Rosemary is currently studying Bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Notre Dame. She has experience as a Casual Relief Teacher with Primary students in various schools. Rosemary is passionate about helping students develop their key literacy skills for life-long use, as they work towards acquiring educational independence. She believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Stephen

NSW Teacher

Stephen is a qualified, accredited Teacher, completing his Diploma in Teaching in 1978. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and a Diploma of TESOL. He has experience as a Casual Relief Teacher and as a Classroom Teacher with Primary School students. Between 1999 to 2007 he worked as a Tutor, encouraging the development of Numeracy and Literacy skills in Primary and High School students. Since 2019 he has been working as a TESOL Trainer. Stephen is passionate about engaging and empowering his students and nurturing a love of learning.

Jessie

Jessie is a qualified Primary Teacher with over 20 years' experience and has vast experience with special needs students. Jessie is committed to developing positive and supportive relationships with her students.

Georgie

TAS Teacher

Georgie is a qualified, registered Teacher, having completed her Bachelor of Education at the University of Tasmania in 2018. She has 8 years' experience as a Teacher across years from Kindergarten - Year 6 including experience with special needs students. Georgie is an advocate for empowering students to become responsible and active within their learning journey and enjoys equipping the leaders of the future with skills to be life-long learners.

Ryan

Ryan has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Mathematics and Computing and a Diploma of Teaching (Secondary). He has several years teaching experience with Secondary students, both in Australian and overseas. Ryan is currently tutoring Mathematics and has 12 years' experience marking NAPLAN. Ryan's experience has allowed him to develop interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse range of students. He is an empathetic and patient Tutor who strives to be an active listener and provide a happy learning environment that feels safe and welcoming for his students.

Naomi

Naomi completed Year 12 with an ATAR score of 98.05 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne. She loves to learn new things and enjoys working with others to find what learning techniques they benefit from in order to achieve the most academically.

Ananya

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Advanced Science / Music)

Ananya completed High School as one of the top students in her class, and was a former Dux of her school. She is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) and Music at UNSW. During High School she was a Peer Tutor for English advanced students, as well as being a member of the Science and debating clubs. She encourages her students to have a renewed appreciation and understanding of Math and English, and endeavours to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Hayley

NSW Teacher

Hayley is a qualified Teacher, completing her Masters of Teaching (Secondary, Science and Mathematics) at the University of New England. Hayley has been teaching in a High School for over 4 years and has experience teaching students with a full range of abilities, including teaching highly gifted students in Accelerated Mathematics, to students with additional learning support needs.

Ken is a qualified Teacher and he is currently working as Head Teacher. He was the recipient of the 2013 NSW State Award for Innovation in Science and Mathematics Teaching. Ken has a passion for teaching and enjoys helping students gain ownership over their studies and building confidence in their work.

Hasina

VIC Teacher

Hasina completed her Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) in 2001, Postgraduate Diploma in Education in 2001 and her Certificate III in Education Support in 2018, going to commence her Masters of Learning Intervention (Deaf Education) at the University of Melbourne. She has experience teaching Victorian Certificate of Education Chemistry and International Baccalaureate Diploma Chemistry. Hasina is an enthusiastic and experienced Tutor who can adopt and employ a range of strategies to suit the diverse learning needs of students.

William

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Science)

William is currently in his third year of his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry degree and has over 3 years' experience tutoring, helping younger students with Math and Chemistry. William is passionate about teaching and learning especially in the fields of Math and Science and when teaching these topics tries to show their real world applications and share his enthusiasm about the subjects. Arya completed high school at the Queensland Academy For Science, Mathematics and Technology (International Baccalaureate) in 2020, with a score of 44/45, equivalent to an ATAR of 99.75 continuing on with studying her Bachelor of Engineering. She has experience as a private Tutor to secondary students in English, Mathematics and Science. Arya believes in building a trusting tutor-student relationship so that the student can be comfortable in being wrong and open about their struggles. She understands that each child has their own learning pace and keeps this in mind when tutoring.

Aakash has significant experience tutoring both primary school children and high school students. Shaine completed her Higher School Certificate in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 97.05, going on to study her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Master of Biomedical Engineering. During her time in High School, Shaine volunteered to tutor Year 7 students in Mathematics. Shaine aims to really listen to her students to understand where they need help the most and so their tutoring can be tailored to their specific learning needs.
