Heather is a qualified Teacher and has experience in working with children with special needs. Heather's vision is to focus on providing a safe and positive learning environment that is engaging and inspires students of all learning levels and abilities to learn and engage with their education.

Alexander

Alexander is currently completing his PhD in Literary and Cultural Studies at Monash University. Between 2009 to 2011, and again between 2014 to 2015, he worked as an EL (English as a Second Language) Teacher. Alexander is an enthusiastic Tutor who sees potential in everyone and works with his students to ensure their learning goals are acknowledged and achieved. Alexander uses positive encouragement and a personalised approach to get the most out of his sessions.

Kriti

VIC University Student (Bachelor of Commerce)

Kriti completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 95.60 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce. Kriti has vast experience tutoring English to students of various abilities and ages. She focuses on individual needs and caters to their learning style with a flexible and approachable attitude.

Clare

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Arts)

Clare completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2018 and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Art History & International Relations in 2021 at the University of Queensland. She believes in combining her passion and expertise to solidify strong foundational understandings that nurture confidence within students. Clare's first aim as a tutor is to help her students achieve academic excellence and to teach them effective tools for future self-study and self-reliance.

Melissa

NSW Teacher

Melissa completed her Bachelor of Education Primary in 2003 at the University of Southern Queensland. She has several years of experience as a classroom Teacher working with students with a range of abilities and learning needs. Melissa is passionate about developing literacy and numeracy skills for her students.

Iliada

VIC Teacher

Iliada is currently studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary and Early Childhood) at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. In 2018, she completed her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. She has had practical placements in local schools teaching Mathematics, English, Science and also has experience with children with additional learning needs. Iliada's teaching style is to meet the individual needs of each student, acknowledging that students are at different points in their learning and possess different learning needs.

Casey

Casey is currently studying her Bachelor Of Human Services. She has 12 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is adept at paying attention to each child's abilities and interests in order to tailor their learning and nurture their strengths, helping each of her students to be confident to tackle their challenges.

Janette

QLD Teacher

Janette completed her Diploma of Teaching (Primary/Preschool) in 1976 and her Graduate Diploma of Music Education in 1980 both at the North Brisbane College of Adult Education. For the last 7 years Janette has worked as a Prep School Teacher. Janette loves teaching English, both reading and writing, because she feels that it is the subject that is the foundation for getting on in life, for whatever her students want to achieve.

Ocea

QLD University Student (Bachelor of Nursing)

Ocea graduated High School in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 91.85 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Queensland. She is able to teach students with varying abilities new skills and complex concepts. Ocea is passionate about instilling confidence and making learning fun and engaging.
