VIC Teacher

Elise is a qualified Teacher, completing her Bachelor of Health and Physical Education and Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education. She is currently working as a Year 10 Education Support Officer and Year 8 & 9 Physical Education and Humanities Teacher and has been working as a Disability Support Worker for the last 5 years. Elise works hard to develop skills that will help her to communicate with students to help them achieve their goals.

Amber-Leigh

QLD Teacher

Amber-Leigh is a qualified Teacher, holding a Bachelor of Arts/Education (Primary). As part of her studies, she has completed 3 placements across 1, 3 and 5. Amber-Leigh is an enthusiastic and patient Tutor. She believes in effective feedback and differentiation strategies in the classroom to support student learning.

Thisal

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Engineering (Civil))

Thisal completed his Higher School Certificate in 2016, achieving an ATAR of 97.4, followed by completing his Bachelor of Biomedical Science in 2019 at the University of Newcastle, then in 2020 he commenced his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at Monash University. He has been a formal Tutor since 2020 for Primary school and early Secondary students in English and Mathematics. Thisal is an encouraging and motivating Tutor, and aims to motivate his students into succeeding in their education, instilling the belief that they can overcome hurdles that they may face in their studies. He enjoys building a good rapport with his students to make sure that they understand what they need to do to take the right steps towards success.

Colleen is a qualified, registered Primary Teacher, obtaining her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) in 2014. She has worked with children of varying ages, skills and abilities and enjoys seeing her students' confidence build as they learn new things and discover more about their strengths and interests. Colleen interacts with her students by delivering a rich and engaging approach to teaching.

Samira graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and is currently studying a Bachelor of Forensic Science at the University of Technology, Sydney. Samira has experience tutoring primary students in Numeracy and Literacy. She's a strong believer that anyone can succeed and excel in their studies with enough determination and guidance. Her aim is not just to provide the necessary support for students, but also inspire a sense of interest and joy as she believes passion drives success. Lucy is currently studying Computational Biologist/Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne. She completed her Bachelor in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry in 2018. She has worked with students on the spectrum and with ADHD students to find alternative study and learning methods where conventional classroom teaching was not optimal for their learning. Rebecca is passionate about making a positive impact in her students' lives and sharing her enthusiasm.

Yumeng completed her South Australian Certificate of Education in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 99.10. In 2021 she commenced her Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) / Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Honours). Since 2018 she has been a High School Tutor, helping up to 4 students per week in refining and consolidating knowledge to achieve desired grades according to the South Australian Certificate of Education curriculum, both face to face and online. Yumeng is driven to inspire her students to achieve both their personal and academic goals.
