Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, it’s mostly used to compare a school’s average with the national average. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Angel has completed her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Master of Teaching Secondary English/Drama. She has been teaching for 20 years with most of her experience with years 7-10 and some with years 11-12 in English. Clare completed the Victorian Certificate of Education in 2018, achieving an ATAR of 96.75. She commenced her Bachelor of Science/Arts at Monash University in 2019 and is working as a Casual Relief Teacher with Years 3-7 in Literacy. Clare has a great passion for teaching others and believes that it is important to create a fun environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and ask questions.
