SA University Student (Master of Secondary Teaching (English & Science))

Sarah completed her South Australian Certificate of Education in 2016, going on to complete a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology and commence her Masters of Secondary Teaching in English. She worked during High School as an Aboriginal Education School Support Officer for 6 months, helping students in Years 3-11 with English Maths and Science. She has been doing her own private tutoring since October 2020 in the subjects of English and Humanities with Primary and Secondary students. Sarah is a friendly and approachable Tutor who believes that small actions can add up to make a big impact in the lives of her students. She aspires to help students become the best they can be, to help them thrive, create memories and an identity for themselves along the way.

Tom completed his Bachelor of Secondary Education in Literature and Cultural Studies in 2013. He taught for 3 years as an English Teacher from 2015-2017, moving on to English as a Second Language teaching internationally. Tom has experience teaching all secondary years and has experience with children with special needs. Tom is a passionate Tutor and hopes to share his love for literature with his students.

Daeun (Erin) completed her Higher School Certificate in 2018 with an ATAR of 97.70. She is now studying her Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics and Chemistry. Daeun has experience with formal and private tutoring since 2018, one on one, following the NSW curriculum with students from Years 9-12. Daeun likes to encourage her students beyond their limits and to help build their confidence.
