He has 33 years teaching experience in Catholic (Independent) Schools, 27 of those years as Head of Faculty (Mathematics). He was the Chief Judge for High School Certificate Mathematics for 8 years and Higher School Certificate Marker for 9 years. Glenn believes that his experience with a range of students has equipped him to understand different methods to communicate topics to his students. He believes in being concise but clear in his explanations when teaching.
