Who is the NAPLAN tutoring & test prep for?
NAPLAN is different from regular classwork
Children in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days in March.
Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom.
Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, NAPLAN is primarily used as a benchmarking tool, taking a snapshot of how school children across the country are tracking in terms of the literacy and numeracy skills that we believe are essential for their progress. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

Helen is a qualified, accredited Teacher, holding her Bachelor of Education (Primary). She has been teaching for the past 20 years in both Primary and Secondary schools. She started teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) before moving into Special Education, working with a variety of students with special needs. Helen is patient and nurtures her students to learn with confidence and to assist them in realising their goals for the future, as well as helping them reach their full potential academically.

Monique is a qualified Teacher with experience teaching students in a range of school settings. She has completed her Bachelor of Education(Early Childhood) in 2012 at the University of Ballarat. Monique is passionate about helping students develop their key numeracy skills, oral and written communication skills for life-long use, as they work towards acquiring educational independence. She believes in fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment and feels with the right support, students can reach their potential.

Bianca is a qualified Teacher, holding her Masters of Teaching (Primary) as well as her Graduate Diploma Teaching (Primary). Bianca completed placements as part of her studies with Years 3, 5 and Foundation. She worked as a Casual Relief Teacher during 2017 with all Primary years and as a Classroom Teacher between years 2017 and 2020 across Years 2, 4, 5 and 6. Bianca fosters a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment to provide each student with rich, personalised learning experiences aligned to their needs.
