Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior English focuses on teaching you to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of your text with well-written and insightful answers. Jack is a personable university student with a passion for education. He is currently a student at Monash University completing a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Bachelor of Arts degree. He has experience as a private tutor and in school placements in secondary schools, and has a strong love for teaching English. Jack is a firm believer of student based learning, where the tutor or teacher will scaffold the students learning to help them gain a greater understanding of the content.

Candy is a qualified Teacher, holding her Master of Teaching (Secondary). She worked as a Casual Relief Teacher in 2016 and has been working as an English Teacher since 2017. Candy is passionate about creating and delivering engaging and purposeful curriculum materials that truly allow students to feel academically fulfilled. Her goal is to have a widespread impact on young people by giving them the skillset needed to use the English language as a tool of empowerment.

Ronlee completed her Year 12 certificate with an ATAR of 99.95. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at the University of Melbourne. Ronlee has five years of experience tutoring English and Maths at Primary and Secondary level. She has worked with students with a wide range of abilities and aims to assist students to make the most of those abilities and to encourage new approaches to learning and study that fit with each student.

Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
