Callum has worked in Primary schools delivering Physical Education workshops and currently works delivering quality vision impaired sports experiences to schools. He has History tutoring experience with Years 7-12. Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior Maths focuses on advanced topics, such as calculus and statistical analysis, and is intended to prepare you for Maths at a tertiary level. Nishmi
NSW University Student (Commerce and Advanced Science (Honours))

Chemistry: Senior
Nishmi completed her HSC in 2018 with an ATAR of 93. She is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Science (Honours) majoring in Financial Economics and Chemistry from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of UNSW Women in Technology, which is one of the largest student societies at UNSW and helps lead the Events Committee. She has experience with being a student mentor in High School, as well as tutoring Secondary level Math and Science. Nishmi is deeply passionate about working with students and providing them with the tools to empower themselves to be successful.

Claudia is a qualified Teacher, holding a Master of Teaching (Secondary). She has several years' experience as a Teacher in Mathematics and Science. Claudia believes in building a strong rapport with her students, as it allows her to take a constructive approach to learning, that assimilates new knowledge with prior knowledge and experience. Her experience working with learners that have required extra support has shown her how important it is to create an inclusive learning environment for all of her students.

Tegan completed her VCE in 2016 with an ATAR of 95.3 and is a student at Monash University, completing a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences. She has a keen interest in Maths and Sciences and hopes to bring this enthusiasm to her students. She is an experienced Tutor with over 2 years of private tutoring experience and has taught students with varying levels of learning abilities and styles. Tegan currently tutors Maths Years 7-12.

Tim is an experienced Chemistry Teacher who has been with the NSW Department of Education since 2004. He has practised his skills in both comprehensive High Schools and a selective High School. Weekly learning through live tutoring sessions, feedback & practice
Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
Session breakdown
First 5 Minutes
Establishing the session theme, why are we here?
- Discuss student’s areas of focus (if first session)
- Review previous session's assigned practice (if subsequent session)
- Set session learning goals
45 Minutes
During the session
- Work through exercises based on the topics and concepts for each learning goal
- Tutor demonstrates, guides and explains concepts
- Work through any challenges
- Students are encouraged to explain their thinking to clarify their comprehension
