English: Secondary & Senior
Deborah is a qualified Teacher, holding her Graduate Diplomas of Education from Monash University. She has also completed her Bachelor of Arts with majors in Professional Writing and Communication. She has taught English and Media for 20 years and her key experience including 2 years as Head of Pedagogy (Leading Teacher) and Learning and Teaching Co-Ordinator (Leading Teacher). Her experience includes teaching gifted/talented classes and programs, and she has vast experience in being able to extend students, regardless of their starting point. Deborah is a passionate Teacher who loves to teach and connect with her students and enjoys seeing them gain confidence in their abilities to learn and develop skills.

NSW Teacher
English: Secondary & Senior
Annette is an experienced Secondary English Teacher who has taught Years 7-12 English in both State and Private School Systems in New South Wales over the past 20 years. She has expertise in assisting students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs, and has also worked as a Learning Support Teacher for the past 8 years. Annette loves to read and write, and is passionate about working with the individual needs of students and seeing them achieve in their learning.

Tia completed her Victorian Certificate of Education in 2020, going on to study her Bachelor of Nursing. Tia's strong communication skills help her to connect with her students and provide them with support and guidance where needed.

Maths Tutoring Program Based on the National Curriculum
Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior Maths focuses on advanced topics, such as calculus and statistical analysis, and is intended to prepare you for Maths at a tertiary level. Our personalised approach focuses on exam prep and gives you the opportunity to develop in areas you find challenging.

Simon is a qualified Teacher with over 20 years' experience teaching Mathematics. He enjoys breaking down concepts to their simplest forms so students can better understand and retain the knowledge. Simon aims to deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons to students of all abilities to help them achieve and exceed their academic goals.
Kasun
Mathematics: Secondary & Senior
Kasun completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) in 2017 after completed his Associate Degree in Civil Engineering in 2012. He has tutored students in Year 12 to university level in Science, Mathematics and English, as well as supporting the knowledge required when entering the workforce. Kasun is confident in teaching concepts that can help students to deal with stress when learning. His focus is on his student's emotional and educational growth which he believes go hand in hand to help develop the next generation of leaders.

Eshita commenced a degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Canberra in 2020. She has taken part in voluntary Science presentations to guests at Questacon. Jake is currently studying Analytical Chemistry, having previously completing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Chemistry and Physics and sub-majored in Mathematics and Education. She has experience teaching Victorian Certificate of Education Chemistry and International Baccalaureate Diploma Chemistry. Hasina is an enthusiastic and experienced Tutor who can adopt and employ a range of strategies to suit the diverse learning needs of students.

Weekly learning through live tutoring sessions, feedback & practice
Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
Session breakdown
First 5 Minutes
Establishing the session theme, why are we here?
- Discuss student’s areas of focus (if first session)
- Review previous session's assigned practice (if subsequent session)
- Set session learning goals
45 Minutes
During the session
- Work through exercises based on the topics and concepts for each learning goal
- Tutor demonstrates, guides and explains concepts
- Work through any challenges
- Students are encouraged to explain their thinking to clarify their comprehension
Closing 5 Minutes
