Franco is currently studying his Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Sydney. He has experience providing learning support in New Zealand, helping students in years 7-10 in English, Mathematics and Science. Franco aims to provide an empathetic, student-oriented experience that is supportive and empowering.

Tom completed his Bachelor of Secondary Education in Literature and Cultural Studies in 2013. He taught for 3 years as an English Teacher from 2015-2017, moving on to English as a Second Language teaching internationally. Tom has experience teaching all secondary years and has experience with children with special needs. Tom is a passionate Tutor and hopes to share his love for literature with his students.

Emmanuelle completed her HSC in 2019 with an outstanding ATAR of 99.55. She thoroughly enjoyed the Humanities subjects at school and had a passion for sharing this with her fellow peers. Emmanuelle is now studying of a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University, and has previous experience tutoring and teaching students from a variety of backgrounds and learning abilities, focusing on English. Emmanuelle endeavours to instil the skills and knowledge her students need to become independent learners.

Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior Maths focuses on advanced topics, such as calculus and statistical analysis, and is intended to prepare you for Maths at a tertiary level. VIC University Student (Bachelor of Law (Honours) / Bachelor of Commerce)
Mathematics: Secondary & Senior
Zhengyuan completed his Victorian Certificate of Education in 2016, achieving an ATAR of 98. He then went on to commence his Bachelor of Law (honours)/Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University. Zhengyuan has been tutoring Secondary students in Mathematics since 2016. Zhengyuan is considered a secret Maths weapon.

VIC University Student (Engineering (Honours) / Pharmaceutical Science)

Pellegrina completed her VCE achieving an impressive ATAR of 96.05. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science at Monash University. Pellegrina is passionate about helping students develop their key numeracy skills as they work towards achieving their educational goals. Weekly learning through live tutoring sessions, feedback & practice
Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
Session breakdown
First 5 Minutes
Establishing the session theme, why are we here?
- Discuss student’s areas of focus (if first session)
- Review previous session's assigned practice (if subsequent session)
- Set session learning goals
45 Minutes
During the session
- Work through exercises based on the topics and concepts for each learning goal
- Tutor demonstrates, guides and explains concepts
- Work through any challenges
- Students are encouraged to explain their thinking to clarify their comprehension
Closing 5 Minutes
